clinton lewis photojournalism
Biography
Hello, my name is Clinton. I am the University Photographer for WKU and oversee nearly all the photography for countless university publications, websites and printed material. I first discovered photography in high school through the magic of printing in the darkroom and a WKU student with a passion for the craft. As a graduate of Western Kentucky University in Photojournalism, my work has been - and continues to be - published in various outlets across the country. I am especially proud of my 8+ years as a staff photojournalist for the Daily News in Bowling Green, which served as a base for my growth as a person and journalist.
In addition to photography, I am also versed in graphic design, including expierence with Earnhart+Friends, a local advertising agency as a designer and staff photographer. In 2007, I became the Creative Director for Kentucky Bridal Magazine, overseeing all design and photography during its unfortunately short lifespan.
When I don’t have a camera taped to my face, I am an avid hiker, backpacker, scuba diver, mountain biker and kayaker. Who am I kidding... I take a camera with me during those times, too. I also help my son’s Boy Scout troop as an Assistant Scoutmaster. I live in Bowling Green with my wife and 3 children.
